Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

For orders within Australia, please allow 2-3 working days from the day of dispatch & for delivery in rural or regional areas, please allow 3-5 working days.
For International orders, please allow 3-6 days to receive your parcel after it is dispatched. International orders are subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays. 

Please ensure that the items are returned in their original, unworn, and re-sellable condition within 14 days of delivery. Let our Customer Service team know if you prefer an exchange, a store credit, or a refund, and we will process your request upon receiving the returned items. Note that clearance items are not eligible for refund or exchange. Please allow 3-5 days for processing your return.

- Once submitted, a return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you.

- Please print the shipping label.- Place your items back in your package and attach the shipping label to the outside, then drop off at your nearest post office. Remember to keep your tracking number!

Orders or items from an order may be cancelled for various reasons.

- Unable to ship to the address provided.

- Inventory for the item has become unavailable at the time of packing.

- Errors in processing your payment information.

If your order/ item(s) are cancelled, you will receive notice via email. Please keep in mind that you will not be billed for any cancelled items/order.

International orders may incur import duties and taxes, which are calculated by your local customs office. To ensure a smooth checkout and delivery experience, before placing your order, we kindly request that you contact your customs office to inquire about import regulations as we will not be liable for packages refused or held for delivery.

If any additional taxes and/or duties are refused by the customer, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will issue your refund, minus the return shipping cost.

We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been Shipped. You are welcome to return items you no longer wish to keep once they have been received.
